Hi friend! I am Emma Wikler, a travel writer by profession and coffee lover by heart. My life revolves around coffee, baking, writing, friends, and visiting new places. And guess what, I have had coffee with more than 100 strangers at roadside cafes all over the world. I started The Coffee Wised to share about why I need coffee to breathe, but then I realized that many coffee lovers do not know the tips and tricks, especially those tricks that baristas use. Oh, I have a childhood friend, Lucas, who is a professional barista, and has taught me a lot about doing coffee the right way.

The Coffee Wised is now more than a blog to me. I am lucky to have a beautiful community here, including you, my friend. I keep experimenting with new recipes and keep learning about coffee machine maintenance, and I love sharing all this with you. So, the information on The Coffee Wised is distributed into coffee brewing techniques, coffee storing, coffee grinding, coffee machines, coffee recipes, tips and tricks, and everything that may come under the coffee sky.
